Dina Farraj MHC-LP, MSEd

With over a decade of experience as a school-based counselor in elementary education settings, Dina brings a thoughtful and grounded approach to supporting children, adolescents, and families through emotional and developmental challenges. Her background has given her a strong understanding of anxiety, emotional regulation, and school-related stress, as well as the ways these experiences affect both young people and their caregivers. In addition to her work with youth, her private practice serves a broader and diverse adult population.

Dina works primarily with women navigating life transitions that impact their roles, relationships, and sense of self, including motherhood, partnership changes, separation, and divorce. She supports clients facing anxiety and emotional overwhelm- particularly those who may feel stretched thin while trying to hold everything together.

Her work is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, drawing from cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and relational approaches. She integrates mindfulness, emotional awareness, and gentle body-based strategies to support nervous-system regulation and help clients feel more present and steady. Clients often share that they leave sessions feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.

Dina offers a warm, collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move through life’s changes. Telehealth appointments with Dina are available using Doxy.
