Many of our clients opt for a flexible hybrid model, attending some sessions in person and others virtually, based on their schedules and individual needs.

We provide individual, couples, and family counseling, along with speech and reading services. Our services are tailored to your unique needs and designed to support you and your loved ones on your journey to growth and healing.
The first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and how we can best support you. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space to begin the process.
Yes. We see clients in person in  and offer telehealth sessions to anyone located in NY, NJ and FL. Many clients opt for a hybrid approach sometimes coming in person other times working virtually depending on their schedule.Â
We draw from several evidence-based approaches, including: CBT, Mindfulness, Â the Gottman Method, person-centered therapy, and systems theory. Our styles differ from each clinician however we are all collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you reach your goals.
Sessions are typically: 30 minutes for speech & reading, 45 Â minutes for individual therapy, & 60 minutes for couples counseling. Most clients start with bi-weekly sessions, though frequency can vary based on your needs and goals.
We are in network with a variety of insurance plans, and are happy to bill for out-of-network benefits or provide you with a super bill as well.
