With a strong academic foundation in therapeutic practices such as Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Allyssa’s approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and cultural sensitivity.

She is particularly passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, or difficulty adjusting to sudden life transitions. Allyssa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo in 2022. As an intern, she is eager to gain hands-on experience working with a diverse population and further developing her clinical skills.
